It’s harvest season in the winery! Come join us as we discuss how this 6-week period determines the course of a wine’s life. Participate in punchdowns or pumpovers, see how grapes are processed into wine, and learn all about fermentation and the amazing organism that is yeast. We’ll check in on our wine as it progresses through fermentation.
This 2-hr workshop (3-5pm at City Winery) is included with the Series Subscription or $65 a la carte, and includes:
