Storytime at Wolf Creek Library in Celebration of Georgia Arbor Day

February 15 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Our South Fulton neighbors are coming together for an educational craft and storytime focused on our favorite topic – growing strong trees as we celebrate Georgia Arbor Day (3rd Friday in February.) Join us as we read This Tree Counts by author Alison Formento and learn about the the importance of planting trees and the living things that depend on them.

This free event is ideal for children ages 3-5 years old.

About the Book: If you listen closely, the lone tree behind Oak Lane School has a story to tell. It starts with one owl, two spiders, and goes all the way up to ten earthworms using the tree as their home! So what does this tree need? Learn about the importance of trees and count from one to ten in this tale about going green.
