Owl Lantern Workshop

August 3 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Midtown’s Parliament of the Owls Lantern Parade has become an elegantly weird tradition! Each summer, the parade winds its way through Midtown Atlanta. Residents and visitors are invited to make their own owl lanterns, don festive black and white attire, and join the march through the streets.

This year, the parade will be held on Saturday, August 6, so we’re inviting you to join Katya Kouznetsova and Dima Alekseev of the Contemporary Art & Architecture Lab (Start with Art: Art Studio) for a workshop in which you can make your own owl lantern to carry in the parade and to use as a nightlight after the parade!

Cost: $40 / $35 for MODA members

Fee includes admission to our current exhibition.
