ZeAmma has more than 15 years of experience as a health care consultant leading programs for health care quality and safety with a focus on Medicare and Medicaid quality improvement initiatives. She has managed several large national projects focusing on the design, implementation, dissemination, and evaluation of innovative strategies using improvement science methods and tools. Past clients include Centers for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS), Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and other federal agencies. ZeAmma graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and obtained her Master of Health Services Administration from University of Michigan School of Public Health. She is also a recipient of the Black Engineer of the Year Modern-Day Technology Leader Award.
